We have a programme which incorporates maintaining and assessing service provision in respect of competence, reliability, responsiveness, consistency and courtesy.  We also ask other Service Providers to complete an Annual Quality Assurance survey.  A report of this is sent to the CSCI.

Douglas Staff Centre Limited specialise in the recruitment and placement of Support Workers within the Health and Social care sector. We place support staff within the Bromley and Lewisham districts, and predominately work with the Learning Disabilities client group within a range of settings.

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with an on call service running outside the office hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm

The Agency is registered with the Commission of Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and is also a member of the U.K.H.C.A
